Job Duties:
Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, weeding, seeding, trimming, blowing, planting, watering, fertilizing, aerating, digging, raking, mulching, laying top soil, weed whacking, pulling weeds, and leaf removal. In addition, workers maintain the cleanliness and organization of company vehicles and the equipment storage area, including washing the exterior and interior of trucks, removing trash and debris, and ensuring tools, mowers, and landscaping equipment are stored in an orderly and accessible manner. Cleaning and organization tasks are performed using soap, detergents, brushes, rags, buckets, hoses, brooms, and mops. Landscaping tools and machinery stored in the warehouse are organized and maintained separately as part of keeping the storage area orderly. Entry level; requires supervision.

Saturday work required, when necessary. Employer-paid drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers prior to commencing work and post-hire post-accident. Post-hire background check required of foreign and domestic workers. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
