- Job Duties:
- Workers will assist throughout the entire process of tearing down and rebuilding a roof. Removing the existing roof, using tools like picks and shovels to gather all the debris, ensuring the area is completely clean and prepared for the installation of the new roof, install wood nailing around the perimeter using tools such as: impact drill, a saw to cut the wood to the required length, based on the job specifications. Install insulation using a drill to screw in fasteners along with plates to securely attach the insulation to the decking, unroll the membrane and apply bonding adhesive, weld the seams, clean the edges of the membrane with a rag and a low-VOC cleaner, install sheet metal components, which may include: metal cupping, fascias, gutters, downspouts, and collector boxes using a drill, caulking gun, and screws. Clean up to ensure the entire roof is free of any trash and debris.

- Able to lift 60lbs. Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions. Monday-Friday, some weekends may be required, schedule varies, overtime varies. 6 months experience required as roofer. Pre-employment drug testing required. All drug testing is performed without regard to an employees citizenship or immigration status, and all testing is paid for by the company.
