Job Duties:

Duties include sod laying, mowing, trimming/pruning trees, shrubs and plants, installation of plants, trees and shrubbery, watering plants & lawns, plant transplanting, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation, and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. Workers may gather and remove litter and operate powered equipment and drive company vehicles to customer locations. All of the trimming/pruning will take place on the ground. The workers will not perform any pruning or trimming activities above ground level.

Special Requirements:

MUST HAVE 3 MONTHS LANDSCAPING EXPERIENCE. POST-HIRE DRUG SCREEN AT EMPLOYERS EXPENSE. MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT 25 LBS. EXTENSIVE PUSHING, PULLING AND WALKING. FREQUENT STOOPING. EXPOSURE TO EXTREME TEMPERATURES. Schedule varies Overtime will be available as needed. Employer offers paid time off, paid holidays, and paid sick time. Workers are provided with 5 shirts and a hat upon arrival at no cost. The employer offers uniform reimbursement at 50% up to $175 in 2-month period for any extra uniforms that are wanted.
