Job Duties:

Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: mulch, mow, trim, plant, prune, edge, water, weed, fertilize, dig, and rake. Aerate, gather/remove litter/debris/thatch, haul topsoil/debris, cut down small trees and saplings, clean up & haul downed trees, spread straw/topsoil, spread compost. Maintain/clean tools, equipment & work sites. Grading and ground preparation for planting, irrigation installation, installing plants, pruning plants, and erecting plant trellis. Tools used for cutting small trees and saplings are small chain saws & loppers (a hand tool used especially for trimming trees. Trees are no bigger than 2-4" caliper. The caliper of a tree is measured by the thickness of the trunk, so a 2" caliper tree means that the trunk is 2 inches across and so on. No experience/education. 10 day(s) on the job training provided. See attached addendum
