- Tasks: Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: mowing, general yard clean-ups, pruning, general labor, sod laying, trimming, plating, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation, and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. May be required to drive pickup truck with a small utility trailer.

- Drivers License or ability to obtain drivers license and experience driving pickup truck with a small utility trailer F.a.5 A-H. 40 hours per week. 8-hour workday. Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. Saturdays may be required. Up to 20 hours OT hours possible.
