Job Duties:

Perform duties in office systems and procedures, such as excel/ sheets, word/docs, email, google calendar, and QuickBooks. Clerical duties may be assigned in accordance with office procedures and may include a combination of answering telephones, bookkeeping, typing/word processing, office machine operation, filing, evaluating truck inventory/conditions, cleaning, and loading. Other duties may include responding/assisting with administrative duties regarding drivers, such as: overseeing driver reports, assisting with getting permits for drivers and licenses, counting money, and scheduling special events. Must be willing to learn the basics of general office work and basic technology systems.

Work schedule is at least 36 hours/week, Monday to Saturday, with shifts varying by day and work days varying by week to also include Sunday. Must be fluent in English and Spanish in order to effectively communicate with management (English) and staff (Spanish). Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
