- Job Duties:
- Duties may include: Care for established lawns by mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, aerating, weeding, removing thatch, litter, leaves and debris. Apply nutrition, topdressing, and maintain bunkers or repair divots. Plant seeds, bulbs, flowers, grass, ground covers, shrubs or trees. Prune or trim foliage, plants, shrubs and trees. Water/irrigate lawns, plants and trees using portable sprinkler systems, hoses or watering cans. Provide proper upkeep of sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, planter beds, or other ground features. Use hand tools, such as rakes, shovels, pruners, shears, and wheelbarrows. Operate powered equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, edgers, leaf blowers, pruning saws. Maintain tools and equipment. Maintain a clean worksite to ensure safety and follow all safety procedures & other related Ground Maintenance Worker activities as per SOC/OES 37-3011 (onetonline.org).

- Must be 18 due to insurance. Must show proof of legal authorization to work in the United States. Drug/alcohol/tobacco free work zone. Perform physical activities: such as lift, balance, walk, stoop, handle, position, move, manipulate materials use static strength to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, carry objects up to 40lbs. All applicants must be able, willing and qualified to perform work described and must be available for the entire period specified. Work is performed outdoors, exposed to weather; must be capable of doing physically strenuous labor for long hours, occasionally in extreme heat or cold. Variable weather conditions apply; hours may fluctuate (+/-), possible downtime and/or overtime.
