- Job Duties:
- Perform a variety of duties for mobile concession facility. On-site clean-up and organize, prepare simple food items and beverages using proper safety precautions and measures. Set-up, stock, and clean service areas. Tear-down and pack up stock in booth. May schedule use of recreation facilities, maintain equipment, and operate amusement concessions and/or rides. Prepare, assemble, and fry carnival-related ready-to-eat foods such as nachos, corndogs, funnel cakes, fried Oreos, carbonated and non-carbonated drinks, cotton candy, caramel apples, ice cream, hamburgers, and fries using deep fryers, mixers, warmers, and grills. All foods to be prepared require a short preparation and cook time.
