Job Duties:
The Dining Room Attendant will set up the station and stock supplies inside the stands. The worker will clean up the coffee machines and prepare coffee. The worker will be responsible for setting up the tea station and getting an ice supply. The worker will dust all tables, including table legs, and then receive bread, cutting it to the appropriate serving size for the dining room. Additionally, the worker will put milk in the refrigerator and set up creamers. The worker will pre-set bread baskets lined with napkins and pick up the linen and stock in the side stands. Set tables with clean, pressed linen, china, silver, and glassware. Ensure furniture and floors are clean and arranged according to specifications. Assist servers during the meal period. Remove any extra settings. Pour water. Serve bread and butter (bean dip) as specified.

Lifting trays of a maximum of 50 pounds. Pushing Queen Marys of up to 100 pounds. Bring ice to the servers station 2- 3 times a day, weighing up to 60 pounds. Push silver and china up to 75 pounds. Must be able to bend to lift trays weighing up to 40 pounds. During 75% of the shift, the worker is required to bend to pick up and handle the trays in a clean manner. Continually walking at a fast pace. Continually standing 100% of the time. Climbing up to approximately 3 steps, 50% of the shift. Conversational English required. Must pass a post-employment criminal background check, paid by employer and applied equally to all workers, U.S. and foreign/H-2B. Workers are subject to reasonable and/or post-injury/incident drug-testing, paid by employer and applied equally to all workers, U.S. and foreign/H-2B. The work schedule is as follows: 35 hours per week. Workdays vary SundaySaturday, with rotating shifts including 5:00am1:30pm, 6:00am2:30pm, 3:00pm11:30pm, 4:00pm12:30am, and 5:00pm1:30am. The schedule changes weekly based on operational requirements. All shifts are 8.5 hours, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
