- Job Duties:
- Use hands or hand tools to perform routine cutting and trimming of seafood. Remove parts, such as scales or bones, from carcass. Inspect seafood products for defects, bruises or blemishes and remove them along with any excess fat. Sort products for processing, storing, shipping, or grading. Develop understanding of yields. Learn fish species.
