- Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces. Prepare, season, and cook dishes such as soups, meats, vegetables, desserts to specified recipes and standards. May order/setup/stock/ supplies and keep records and accounts. Maintains cleanliness of work area, equipment, and tools. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, Stand and walk for extended periods of time.
