- Job Duties:
- Duties include maintaining all mechanical and structural items in public areas. Performs unskilled general maintenance repairs on buildings, plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, painting, furniture, and more. Receives direction for house calls via radio. Assists engineers and mechanics with basic repairs. Cleans all work areas after completing each job. Maintains (painting) all public areas and guest rooms on an ongoing basis.

Candidates should be able to work at least a five-day schedule, including weekends and holidays. Additionally, applicants are required to complete an employment application. Conversational English required.
