Job Duties:

***RFI Response*** Operate and assist with manual and self-propelled landscaping machinery, including: • Shindaiwa Weed Eaters, Model T262 - for trimming grass and weeds along fences, sidewalks, and landscape edges. • Echo Backpack Blowers, Model PB-770T - for clearing leaves, grass clippings, and debris from lawns, sidewalks, and pedestrian areas. • Kawasaki 36" Scag Mower, Model FX921 - for mowing small to medium-sized turf areas. • Exmark 60" Turf Master Walk-Behind Mower - for mowing large turf areas with precision. • 48" Exmark Navigator Mower, Model NVS730EKC48000 - for professional turf mowing and collection. • 60" Hustler Mower, equipped with Kawasaki Model FX921 engine - for mowing expansive lawn areas. Vermeer Mini Skid Steer, Model S450 - for transporting soil, rock, mulch, and landscaping materials. • Caterpillar Skid Steer, Model 247B2 - for grading, loading, and moving heavy landscape materials. General landscaping tasks, including: Moving and spreading landscape rock, mulch, and fertilizer. • Digging holes and trenches for irrigation systems. Cutting, assembling, and gluing PVC pipe; installing sprinkler heads and valves. Installing sod and planting flowers, shrubs, bushes, and ornamental plants. Pruning overgrown branches and shrubs; removing decaying or dead vegetation. Operating string trimmers and edgers to maintain lawn edges and walkways. Clearing walkways and common areas of leaves, snow, and ice. • Cleaning debris from worksites; properly storing and maintaining tools and equipment. ***Original F.a.2*** Employer is seeking full-time temporary workers to assist its landscaping crew with the following Duties: use manual and/or assist with self-propelled machinery (including Skit Steer, Ditch Witch, Scag, eXmark, lawn mowers, weed-eaters, and Walker); moving landscape rock; digging holes and trenches for irrigation pipes; cutting and gluing PVC pipe; installing sprinkler heads and valves; install sod; spread fertilizer, mulch, and rock; plant flowers, bushes, plants and decorative shrubs; rake fallen leaves and remove decaying and dead plants; prune overgrown limbs and leaves; operate sting trimmer and edger to remove overgrowth and keep outdoor area tidy; use a leaf blower to clear walkways and pedestrian areas after lawn maintenance; keep pedestrian areas removed of snow and ice from common areas; clean debris from worksite; properly store and maintain all equipment and tools.
