Job Duties:

Worker is responsible for ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained hotel environment. Key duties include scheduling and completing preventive maintenance on equipment; operating and maintaining the low-pressure boiler for the hot water system as well as other vessels for kitchen steam and air conditioning; assisting mechanics and external contractors with repairs; maintaining commercial kitchen and laundry equipment; servicing swimming pool and related equipment; completing all assigned work orders and daily tasks; and responding to house calls via radio communication.

Special Requirements:

Twelve (12) months of related experience required. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, time management, computer proficiency, and a focus on guest satisfaction are also required. The role demands physical stamina, including the ability to stand and walk for long periods, crawl briefly, and bend, reach overhead, squat, and kneel for extended durations. Additionally, workers must be able to frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds and occasionally handle weights up to 100 pounds, as well as safely use step stools and ladders. Conversational English required.
