Job Duties:

Worker is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring food quality, presentation, and consistency meet Omni's standards. This role supports the culinary leadership team by supervising kitchen staff, maintaining cleanliness and organization, monitoring inventory, and ensuring food safety compliance. The ideal candidate has prior culinary and supervisory experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Special Requirements:

Ability to obtain SERV Safe Food Handler Certification. Previous experience in a professional kitchen, including food preparation, line cooking, and supervising staff. Experience in high-volume or resort environments is preferred. Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of food safety and sanitation standards. Conversational English required.
