Job Duties:

Cleaning Technician. Responsibilities will be the following: Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, wiping down woodwork, and walls. Cleaning all surfaces in the bathrooms including toilets, sinks, showers, tubs, floors, closets, mirrors, and shelving. Cleaning will be required for commercial buildings, medical facilities, and residential locations.

Special Requirements:

Work schedule is at least 5 days/week with shifts varying by day and work days varying by week to include Saturday and Sunday. Shifts include 8:00am-4:00pm, 2:00pm-10:00pm, and 5:00pm-1:00am. Driver's license required only of foreign and domestic workers who drive company vehicles (driving is not a requirement of all workers in the position). Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
