Job Duties:
Concrete Finishers at Woodstone Earth Construction will assist in a variety of concrete-related tasks on commercial sitework projects. This role involves prepping, forming, pouring, and finishing concrete for various applications. Workers will assist in the movement and placement of concrete forms, materials, and supplies. Workers will assist with placement of concrete for curbs, sidewalks, flatwork, and other infrastructure elements. Workers will be finishing concrete to obtain a final product, follow safety protocols, maintain clean and organized workspaces, and work closely with the team and supervisors. Workers will be maintaining and cleaning tools and placing concrete finishing accessories such as caulk and sealer. Workers will also be protecting concrete from various weather elements. Workers will be assisting with other general labor tasks when needed.

Worker needs to be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and be able to obtain a New York State Drivers License. Workers will need to have a willingness to listen and follow direction, have the ability to work in a team environment, have basic knowledge of concrete tools and equipment, and have the ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions. Additionally, workers need to have to be consistently reliable, on time, prepared, and ready to work with a good attitude. The employer may offer more hours than specified, depending on company needs, and other conditions.
