Job Duties:

Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include but is not limited to any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, mulching, and pruning; maintain or repair tools/equipment; assist with sprinkler installation, installation of boulders and mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units/similar, and installation and maintenance of low-voltage lighting. Decorate gardens with stones or plants. Install rock gardens, ponds, drainage systems, irrigation systems, and/or retaining walls. Entry level; requires supervision.

Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Saturday work required, when necessary. Emplorer-paid post-hire post-accident drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
