Job Duties:

Safely move, carry and setting up meeting rooms and dining rooms tables, chairs and buffet equipment such as airpots and urns for coffee, beverage dispensers, pitchers, chafers, and food pans. Deliver food and beverages, clean tables, remove dirty dishes, and replace soiled table linens. Set tables, replenish supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware and dishes. Supply service/buffet/cold/hot bar with food and beverages; serve items such as water, condiments and coffee to patrons; assigned side work. Perform serving, cleaning & stocking duties. Stand & bend repetitively during shift. Follow all sanitation policies and guidelines.

Special Requirements:

Conversational English required. Must be able to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs. Must be able to obtain ServSafe Food Handlers and TABC certification. Must pass a post-employment criminal background check, paid by employer and applied equally to all workers, U.S. and foreign/H-2B. Must be able to a minimum 5-day workweek. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Applicants must complete an employment application.
