- Work on commercial and municipal projects and athletic fields primarily laying sod, but workers may also perform any combination of the following: hydroseeding, laying/rolling out sod rolls/pallets, watering, installing grass, digging, and raking. Loading and unloading work vehicles. Clean up debris/litter. Entry level; requires supervision.

- Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. Post-hire drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers upon suspicion of use. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
