- PREP, SEASON, COOK, PLATE, AND GARNISH MEALS. MEASURE/MIX INGREDIENTS PER RECIPE FOR MEATS, POULTRY, SEAFOOD, VEGETABLES. FOLLOW PORTION CONTROL, PRESENTATION, CONSISTENCY, FLAVOR, KEEP KITCHEN AREA CLEAN AND SANITIZED. May get up to 10 hours overtime when available. A single work week will be used to compute wages. Workers will be paid weekly, on Friday.
