Job Duties:

Maintain yards and grounds using hand and power tools, including lawn mowing, string trimming, edging, blowing of debris, weed eating, weeding beds by hand, pruning, raking, prepare flower beds & yard for irrigation. Planting (seasonal color, annuals, shrubs, trees), installing sod, cleaning up, preparing beds, fertilizing, disease & insect control work. May be required to operate machinery such as lawnmowers, weed eaters, or pressure washers. Work includes working outdoors in inclement weather, including extreme heat and/or cold temperatures. Employee must be able to lift and carry sufficient weight to lift, carry and move equipment and material necessary to complete assigned tasks.  The Employer will rely on workers own representations and observations of workers to assess if the workers meet this qualification.
