- Job Duties:
- As a server, the worker is responsible for greeting guests promptly and warmly upon arrival, presenting menus, answering questions about menu items, and making recommendations. They must take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system, serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner, and monitor guest satisfaction, responding promptly to any requests or issues. The server clears tables and resets them for new guests, handles cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately, and collaborates with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service. Additionally, they maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and strictly follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
