Job Duties:

Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment, which is not limited to edgers,sprayers, blowers, rakes, shovels, hand pruners, and hedge shears. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sodding, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, assisting with irrigation & mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. Entry level; requires supervision.

Special Requirements:

Must lift/carry 50 lbs, when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work is required when necessary. Post-hire random, post-accident, and upon suspicion of use, drug testing is required of foreign and domestic workers paid for by the employer. Post-hire background checks may be required for foreign and domestic workers based on contract requirements. Employers may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours. On-the-job training will be provided to the worker.
