- Job Duties:
- Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: mowing, blowing, trimming, pruning, weeding, weed whacking, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, mulching, and assisting with the installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units.

- Special Requirements:
- Requires three months of previous landscape experience. Must lift/carry 80lbs., when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. Post-hire background check required of foreign and domestic workers. Position requires the ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including high heat & humidity as well as walk several miles daily. Driver's license required only of foreign and domestic workers who drive company vehicles (driving is not a requirement of all workers in the position). Motor vehicle record check required of all workers who drive company vehicles. All workers are required to wear appropriate footwear, including steel toe boots, to prevent accident or injury in the performance of job duties. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
