- PREPARE, SAUTE, COOK, BROIL SUCH ITEMS AS MEATS, SEAFOOD, POULTRY. WASH, PEEL, CUT MEATS, POULTRY, SEAFOOD, VEGETABLES, FRUITS. CLEAN WORK AREAS. May get up to 10 hours overtime when available. A single work week will be used to compute wages. Workers will be paid weekly, on Friday.
