- Job Duties:
- Mix & serve drinks to customers at the bar or drinks ordered through wait staff; assist with open & close of restaurant or food & beverage area; set-up, clean & tear down workstation. Take food orders and utilize POS for inputting accurate orders, collecting payment and making change. Prepare alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages according to recipe standards and accurately measuring alcohol according to specific measures. Excellent Guest Service and exude a warm and hospitable nature to owners and guest, engaging everyone in conversation. Responsible for general upselling. Adhere to state and local laws and Check ID of customers to ensure that they are of legal drinking age. Manage customers' alcohol intake to prevent over intoxication and drinking and driving.

- Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check, paid by employer and applied equally to all workers, U.S. and foreign/H-2B. Must be able to work weekends and holidays, as required. Must be over the age of 21. Fluent English skills required. Multiple shifts offered based on business needs. Applicants must complete an employment application. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
