- Job Duties:
- Set up of seasonal restaurant. Cleaning interior and exterior of facility in order to achieve a clean and orderly condition for opening. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, washing cooking utensils and dishes, painting and removing rubbish. Moving restaurant equipment such as ovens, grills, fryers, steam tables, and microwave ovens from their stored locations at restaurant to their operational positions at restaurant. Duties may include performing routine maintenance activities, notifying management of need for repairs, and cleaning snow or debris from sidewalk.
