- Tasks include: Cleaning duties include washing, rotating, and storing kitchenware and serviceware. Clean kitchen and service areas including trash removal, sweeping, mopping. Clean public areas in the morning before open hours, including cleaning restrooms. Food handling includes preparing/portioning foods in advance and on demand, shucking shellfish, and cleaning vegetables.
