- JOB DUTIES INCLUDE PECAN ORCHARD HARVEST AND CLEANING. OTHER DUTIES MAY INCLUDE PULLING WEEDS, RAKING, CLEANING AREAS AROUND THE FARM AND BUILDINGS, LAYING IRRIGATION PIPES, AND DIGGING DITCHES. THIS WILL BE DONE UNDER EXTREME WEATHER CONDITIONS. BENDING, STOOPING, AND HEAVY LIFTING WILL BE INVOLVED ON A DAILY BASIS. Employer will provide a six hour day of training.
