- Job Duties:
- AAA Faria, LLC, 99 temporary farmworkers (Nichols, GA) 04/01/20 to 06/15/20. Hand-harvest and pack blueberries. Must be able to lift and carry 75 lbs. repetitively throughout the workday. Must not hinder another worker's productivity. Requires 3 months verifiable work experience hand-harvesting blueberries. All workers will be paid on the piece rate system while hand harvesting blueberries. All buckets must be full - no partially filled buckets will be accepted. $11.71/hour. 35 hours a week. 1st week guarantee. Tools are provided by employer at no cost. 3/4 guaranteed workdays. Transportation/subsistence reimbursed for costs incurred for reporting to worksite, if worker completes half the employment period. Reimbursement of Return Transportation if worker finish the contract. Housing provided at no cost to workers who cannot reasonably return own residency daily.
