Job Duties:

The workers will be harvesting, grading, sorting, stacking, cleaning, pruning the blueberries and blackberries. Before the harvesting, the workers will be pruning, weeding, planting, and replanting damaged plants. All applicants must be able, willing, qualified to perform work described in this Job order/Ad & must be available for entire period specified. Work outdoors; weather may fluctuate hours. Field work begin at assigned time. Only pick berries when they are dry, cannot pick wet. Pick berries according to color of ripeness, firmness. Machine Harvest by riding on picker, restack lugs, place picking mechanism, stack on trailer. Pick blueberries, put into 1-gallon dry bucket, carry to dumper/weigh. The blackberries will be harvested and placed into flats in three different sizes (6 oz., 12 oz., 18 oz.,) Must be 18 years of age. Must show proof of legal authority to work in the United States. Workers will be cleaning, weeding, picking up trash, installing irrigation. All tools will be provided at no cost to the worker. Three (3) months verifiable experience.
