Job Duties:
We grow produce including watermelon, tomatoes, cantaloupes, pumpkins and squash as well as grain including sweet corn, soybeans, rye and barley. Job including planting, spraying, fertilizing and harvesting/picking crops. Operate planting, spraying, harvesting, farm equipment and forklift. Operate, maintain and repair center pivots, loading trucks, maintain and repair equipment. Complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment, buildings and vehicles. Spray crops, pack and load produce and raise crops.

Special Requirements:
Must have a CDL or equivalent or be able to obtain within 30 days of hire. Job requires exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures, must be able to lift 70 lbs crates, repetitive movements and extensive walking. Employer will conduct post-hire drug tests at employer's expense to enforce a drug-free workplace policy (termination if test is failed). Require 3 months experience.
