- Special Requirements:
- Workers are expected to possess the skills to work in the production of crops or agricultural commodities listed in this job order. The introductory period for all crop activities is 2 days starting with the first day of employment to acclimate the worker to the physical demands of the job and to familiarize workers with job specifications and to demonstrate proper methods and crop or commodity specific issues. Remove and destroy insects by hand throughout the field due to organic status. Perform prolonged bending, reaching, stooping, pushing, pulling, walking and lifting, carrying and loading up to 50 lbs. Work in inclement weather conditions.
