Job Duties:

Drivers will transport laborers working in the tomato crop to and from the farm work sites and housing. They will operate farm equipment, conduct maintenance, pre and post inspections of buses, wash vehicles, conduct field sanitation control, cleanup field shop area, and take workers to the clinic as needed. They will also take workers once a week to the store and to the laundry mat. Drivers must possess or obtain immediately a farm labor contractor (FLC) or FLC employee license and must abide by all the requirements of the Migrant and Seasonal Agricultural Worker Protection Act (MSPA). The employer understands that they are responsible for assuring that all conditions of this agreement are met regardless of any acts or omissions of the driver. Random drug testing will be post hire at employer's expense.

Special Requirements:

CDL drivers license with passenger endorsement 6 months experience driving a school bus (verifiable) FLC or FLCE registration card with driving authorization Medical exam certificate Random drug testing will be post hire at employer's expense. The Employer has a drug-free workplace program. Drug testing may be done post-accident and for cases with valid reasons for suspicion, or to meet DOT compliance, at the employer's expense.
