- Special Requirements:
- Workers are expected to possess the skills to work in the production of crops or agricultural commodities listed in this job order. The introductory period for all crop activities is 2 days starting with the first day of employment to acclimate the worker to the physical demands of the job and to familiarize workers with job specifications and to demonstrate proper methods and crop or commodity specific issues. Walk, bend, stoop, push and pull for prolonged periods of time. Pitch, catch, lift, carry and load up to 50 pounds repetitively. Work in unfavorable conditions such as high temperatures, wet or dry/dusty conditions and general summer time adversity. Employer is a drug free workplace. Drug testing is conducted post-hire at the employer's expense and is not part of the interview process. Negative results are required before starting work.
