- Job Duties:
- Temporary, seasonal workers needed for hand planting of sugarcane. Job duties include tractor driving, pulling planter aids, light maintenance of shop; prepare fields; shovel work; maintenance/cleaning of equipment; cut grass. Building and maintaining fence. Random drug screening upon hire (paid for by employer); exposure to extreme temps, extensive walking and frequent stooping. Base hours offered; overtime hours are usually offered during plentiful season and may include an additional 10-40 hours of overtime work depending on the nature of the season; a higher wage may be paid based on experience. Daily work schedule includes 1 unpaid lunch hour. Temporal, estacional de mano trabajadores necesarios para la plantacin de caa de azcar.
