- Job requires operating large farm equipment, tractors, combines and sprayers to till soil, plant, cultivate, fertilize and harvest crops, performing mechanical repair and maintenance, driving semi-trucks to transport product to elevator or storage area. Basic literacy reading and math skills along with 3 months experience are required. Applicant must have or be able to obtain a drivers license. Increase or bonus may be possible based on experience and merit.
