Job Duties:

Disassembling, repairing, servicing, and rebuilding machinery and equipment such as tillage implements, power units, semis, planters, and drills. Cleaning all tillage and planting equipment, rebuilding all equipment worn out parts such as bearings, tires, hubs, engines, etc, that are needed. Clean and organize shop preparing for the up coming Spring Season. Maintaining oil changes in tractors, pickups, well motors, and irrigation equipment. Weld, cut, and fabricate equipment. Drive pickup to obtain parts and supplies for repairs and to stock parts for machinery and equipment; Employer may request but cannot require workers to work on their Sabbath. The nature of farm work may require workers to work after dark and possibly weekends depending on weather conditions. Hours offered may vary based on factors such as weather or need. (as applicable) Employer may pay workers more depending on how many years of experience they have or other factors such as job performance, skill, punctuality.
