- Job Duties:
- Workers will be required to drive tractors for preparing fields for planting, planting and harvesting sugarcane, field sanitation duties, minor repair, maintenance and cleaning farm equipment and vehicles, shovel work, cleaning shop area and mowing shop yard, cleaning house and yard, clean and orderly and free of debris, as well as any other general farm labor duties that may arise from working on a sugarcane farm. Drug tests may be performed post hire at no cost to the workers to ensure worker safety and keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination. Worker must abide all posted work and safety rules. Workers must be physically able to perform all duties described.
