Job Duties:

Majestic Farms LLC is located in Riverhead, NY in Suffolk County. We are a family owned startup tree farm on the eastern end of long island. Our H2A need is seasonal. Work locations: 1500 Osborn Avenue, Riverhead, NY 11901; 2 acres of land 1340 Edwards Avenue, Calverton, NY 11933; 7.5 acres of land The workers are to clear land, prepare the land for planting of trees; Arborvitae, Juniper, Spruces. Start of the season they will be preparing the land for planting, as to clearing the land, setting up the irrigation, digging, cultivating, composting. The workers will also be maintaining the property and equipment/trucks and tractors. Our season begins in March and ends in December during this period we will be planting, composting, digging, fertilizing our trees. Throughout the season we are planting and taking care of our trees, Arborvitae, Juniper and Spruces. I am NOT a member of any association and I have NOT associated with any other employers who are petitioning for temporary foreign workers under this subpart. Thank you for your time and consideration of our request for temporary workers based on the seasonal nature of our farm. Hours vary per week, possible work on Saturday. Sunday off. Discretionary bonus may be given at employers discretion.
