- Job Duties:
- Employee daily duties for a typical day include, but are not limited to: Workers may begin their day at 7:00 AM. They will be taken to the job s te, where they will be instructed on the job for the day. They may be planting, weeding or har nesting crops such as cabbage, peppers or pumpkins. Then there may be alternative work such as general farm maintenance. Includes, but not limited to, maintenance of barns, tools, to crop activities for which the worker is hired. Also includes fixing, cleanting and painting of fence/barns. and equipment related ing, mowing, weed Planting, cultivating, and harvesting vegetable crops may require attaching implements or wagons. They may perform other duties such as lubricating and repairing machinery
