- Job Duties:
- Perform all operations necessary to plant, maintain, harvest, package, and prepare fields for present and future crops. Must be able to perform manual and mechanical operations as required. Must have minimum 3 months continuous and verifiable experience working on a combined conventional and organic farm operation. Must be proficient in both overhead and drip irrigation installation and operation. Must have 3 months experience working within an FDA or equivalent food safety program.

- Drug testing may be performed post hire at the employer's expense. Work is scheduled 7 days a week. Worker will have a 24 hour rest period weekly and no one will be required to work 7 days per week, or be terminated for not working for not working 7 days per week. Workers may be requested but not required to work on their Sabbath.
