Job Duties:

We need a seasonal employee to assist with our crop production of seed corn, commercial corn, soybeans, and milo. Employee will need to operate farm equipment including tractors skid steer, and other farm equipment. Employee will assist with discing, tilling, fertilizing, harvesting and fall tilling. Employees will also need to assist with installing and repairing irrigation systems. Complete routine maintenance and repairs on equipment including working in the workshop. Complete field maintenance by shredding, mowing ditches and cleaning out brush. Complete general farm duties as assigned. ***Please note that we will be adjust our date to start in March for 2022 to cover our entire crop season starting with field preparation in the spring.

Special Requirements:

Must have a clean background and driving history to be covered under insurance as is required for driving our vehicles by our insurance company. Job requires extensive walking, repetitive movements, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Employer will conduct post-hire background checks at no cost to the employee. Employer will not employ anyone with a violent/theft criminal background history. We require a regular drivers license and 3 months experience.
