- Job Duties:
- Workers will be lifting bunches of trees, potentially weighing as much as 70 pounds, that have just been dug up from the ground. The bunches of trees will be loaded into 4'x8' tree pallets that are approximately 8' tall. The ground will be very uneven from the excavation of the trees and there will be a lot of walking across the uneven ground.

- Anticipated Hours of Work: Worker will report to work at the designated time and place as directed by the Grower each day. The standard workweek is 36 hours per week, however, workers may be requested to work 12+ hours per day depending upon the conditions in the fields but will not be required to do so. Also, the workers may be requested to work on federal holidays and on their Sabbath but will not be required to do so. Workers may volunteer to work additional hours when work is available. Down Time: Workers should expect occasional periods of little or no work because of weather or other conditions beyond the employers control. These periods can occur anytime throughout the time of employment. Starting and ending times may vary according to weather and crop conditions. When this occurs, the employer will give workers advance notice as soon as possible. Starting and ending times may change due to weather and soil conditions.
