- Job Duties:
- The workers will be picking and planting potatoes by hand according to shape, color, firmness, size, maturity level, and/or ripeness. Workers will be doing all aspects of of potato harvesting in the potato fields. Other duties may include but not be limited to operating potato vehicles and tractors in the fields, performing field maintenance, and repairing and/or installing irrigation lines in the potato fields. All tools will be provided at no cost to the workers.
