Job Duties:

We plant, spray, fertilizer and harvest 3200 acres of farmland. Crop include Alfalfa, straw, corn and forage. We need a seasonal employee to assist with the duties related to these crops. During the winter months employees will need to pump manure out of our own manure pits at our dairies and spread it on about 2500 acres of farmland with tractor pulled liquid injection equipment. In the spring employees will assist with applying manure/fertilizer where needed to prepare fields for planting. Operate farm equipment to assist with planting, spraying and harvesting crops. Maintain and perform minor repairs on farm equipment. Must have tractor operating experience, experience with diesel pumps and header pumps and manure injection equipment. Performance based incentive bonuses may be paid at employers discretion.

Special Requirements:

Must be able to lift equipment weighing 100 lbs. Must have a regular driver's license. Employer will conduct post-hire drug testing to ensure a drug free workplace policy at no cost to the employee. Failing a drug test will result in termination. Require 3 months experience.
