- Performs job duties like: Administer medications/vaccinations; Brand livestock; Castrate livestock; Check cattle feed & water equipment; Maintain cattle feed & water equipment; Feed livestock; Herd livestock; Inspect livestock for illness/injury; Maintain livestock equipment; Make hay feed; Mix additives in feed; Place mineral blocks; Protect livestock from predators; Tend to pregnant cattle; Tend to young calves; Transport cattle; Collect and remove manure; Construct windbreaks for livestock; Maintain heated watering system; Operate snow removal equipment; Break up ice in watering troughs; Construct fencing for livestock. Drive water truck; Move water equipment; Feed protein; Drive ATV's; Haul feed/hay.
