- Job Duties:
- Elmore Farms is the farming operations that operates during a short annual growing cycle. During the time of need this would be an example of a time frame, this is not a full run down of what is required by the workers. Dec, Jan and Feb spread fertilizer/manure. March, April, May and June - ready equipment, plant and tend to the maturing plants, apply chemicals, as required. July, Aug and September -tend to the crops as they mature and harvest when they are ready. Note that crops have different gestation periods.
