Job Duties:
January-March: prepare hives for honey production; load hives onto trucks; begin raising queens; make new hives; April-May: raise queens, make splits, check new hives; move bees; load bees on trucks to be moved to North Dakota (workers stay in Mississippi) June-August: harvest honey, treat hives, extract honey; repair equipment; feed bees; September-October: treat hives; repaint/repair equipment; receive bees from North Dakota; feed bees; put bees into wintering.
